Meet the Staff
Below is a brief description of key management staff and their roles within the program.
If you wish to speak with a COHDH staff member but are unsure who to talk to, please direct questions to the Program Administrator as this person is in charge of all aspects of the program.
Program Administrator - Kristine O'Coin - 508-764-4085 ext. 644
The Program Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of Center of Hope Day Hab. The Program Administrator arranges all staff and program member schedules and programming. Responsible for approving all program member's objectives, this individual also attends Individual Service Plan meetings to ensure that program members receive the best possible support and programming for their interests and needs. The Program Administrator facilitates new admits to the program with the assistance of the Director of Day Programs.

The Program Director responsible for the day to day operations of the program including skills trainings, community access trips, scheduled appointments and transportation concerns. The Program Director conducts house meetings that allow program members to have the opportunity to state their interest in regards to their program. The Program Director will step in for the Program Administrator in their absence. The Program Director oversees the COHDH lunch program. All questions concerning the lunch program should be directed to this individual.

The Program Manager is responsible for developing curriculum that correlates to program member objectives. This individual adjusts skills trainings schedules to meet Individual Service Plan needs and the personal interest of the program member.
Senior Developmental Specialists - Katie Huff, Michelle Benoit, Beth Swope - 508-764-4085 ext. 627
It is the job of the Senior Developmental Specialists to oversees all program members paperwork in relation to objectives, monthly reports, quarterly analysis and case notes. Each program member receives goals based on the amount of time they attend. The Senior Developmental Specialist ensure that these goals are realistic, represent the program members interest and need and meet the regulation set forth by funding agencies.

Case Managers - Mary Dennison, Ryan Harding, Zachary Lavergne, Brenda O'Connor
COHDH case managers work directly with each program member on their caseload to ensure that their goals are appropriate and suit their immediate needs. These staff have direct contact with family members, home care providers and guardians. Case managers instruct skills trainings in a programmatic setting to reinforce program members objectives and overall awareness of their independence as adults.
