Welcome to the Quinebaug River Day Hab website. Here you will find our monthly trip schedule, skills training information, program photo gallery and much more.
Community Access
Quinebaug River Day Hab runs daily outings. Past trips have included Fenway Park, Walmart, Hometown Buffet, Magic Wings and much more. Each month program members can select trips that are of interest to them. Program members are responsible for spending money while on these trips. Many families/homecare providers send a check each month covering the cost of these trips. Upon receipt of cash or check the money will be placed in the program member's activity fund and utilized for those trips selected. Please note that if one check is sent to the program to cover outings and lunch, the money will first be put towards lunch.
Lunch Program
Quinebaug River Day Hab offers a lunch program to all it's members. Lunch is prepared daily by Center of Hope Day Hab staff and is then delivered to QRDH for program members. If interested in receiving lunch, one can bring $2.00 in each day or send in a check for $40.00 each month to cover the cost. If money is owed, a bill will be sent out until payment has been received.
